About Middlebury Academy

Middlebury Academy is dedicated to improving the lives of its scholars by providing authentic learning experiences in a collaborative, nurturing environment that will build a foundation for scholars’ success in school, at future work and in life. We implement an instructional model that focuses on collaborative, cooperative, and multi-level instruction.

The learning process is connected to real-world experiences in an effort for scholars to be cognizant of its relevance. Scholars learn in whole groups, peer groups, and interventions are regularly provided by the classroom instructor. All instructors assess learning by utilizing Formative Instructional Practices. Technology is integrated into the lessons, as scholars use Chrome books and tablets to stimulate research and further enhance instruction.

We offer a variety of programs and services to assist our scholars and families:

  • No Cost Meal Plans

  • Free Transportation for In-District Scholars

  • Before and After School Care

  • Individual and Family Counseling Services
